Employability Bridgend supports both employed and unemployed residents of Bridgend County Borough who need help with different aspects of employability, training and progression.
Support can include mentoring, training, volunteering opportunities, employment assistance and help developing the skills and confidence needed to move forward.
Eligible learners may also be able to receive support with certain work-related costs, including transport to work until receiving their first pay and essential work clothing such as shoes.
